Step 2 : At home page click at the “Beneficiary List” link located in the website’s header (main menu).

Step 4 : Select District, Block/ULB, G.P and click on “View” button.
Step 5 : PDF list of beneficiaries of selected District Block will open as shown below.
Step 6 : To access the Kalia scheme beneficiary list, simply click on the “Download Small and Marginal Farmers” or “Download Landless Agricultural Laborers” options.
Eligibility and Documents List for Kalia Yojana Odisha
The KALIA scheme is open to small and marginal farmers, landless agricultural households, cultivators, croppers, landless agricultural laborers, and sharecroppers. Approximately 50 lakh families are currently benefiting from this initiative.

- The applicant must be a permanent resident of the Odisha state.
- The applicant must belong to the marginal or small farmers category.
- The applicant must belong to the BPL (Below Poverty Line) family.
- Any farmer who falls under the tax payment structure will not be eligible for Kalia Yojana.
- The applicant must have a working bank account.
Ineligibility List of Kalia Yojana
The KALIA scheme is designed to benefit small and marginal farmers, landless agricultural households, and vulnerable agricultural households. This scheme includes life insurance support and interest-free crop loans for all categories of beneficiaries, including cultivators and landless agricultural laborers. However, certain categories of individuals listed below are ineligible to apply for the Kalia Yojana.
- Medium / Large Farmers.
- Non-residents of Odisha.
- If a beneficiary or his/her spouse is a government employee.
- If a beneficiary or his/her spouse is a pension holder.
- Those beneficiaries who are professionals registered with professional bodies.
- Those beneficiaries who are present / former central minister / state minister / MP / MLA / Mayor / Zila Parishad.
- Income taxpayers.
