MedhaSoft Students List: The Bihar Backward Community Welfare Department has introduced a new e-Kalyan portal for the Mukhyamantri Balika/Balak Protsahan Yojana. Eligible candidates from Bihar can now submit their applications online through the medhasoft.bih.nic.in e-Kalyan web portal.
Through the Mukhyamantri Balika/Balak Protsahan Yojana, the Bihar state government offers a scholarship of ₹10,000 to eligible students from backward classes who have successfully passed their 10th board exams. Students who have previously applied for this program can now verify their inclusion in the MedhaSoFt student list, which has been published by the Bihar government.

Eligibility for Mukhyamantri Balika / Balak Protsahan Scheme
- The student should be a resident of Bihar state.
- Both unmarried and married girls can apply for the scheme.
- The annual income of the student’s family should not exceed the 2.5 lakh limit.
- Only two daughters from the same family can take advantage of this scheme.
- All categories of girl students are eligible for the scheme.
