  • Personal Details:
    • Aadhar Card
    • Mobile number
    • Passport size photograph
  • Educational Certificate:
    • 10th class passing certificate or mark sheet
  • Domicile Certificate:
    • The residence certificate of candidates for address proof.
  • Certificate of Caste:
    • The candidates should have caste certificate if they belong to scheduled caste, scheduled tribe, or other backward class category.
  • Family Income Certificate:
    • Candidate must have a family income certificate for the current financial year.
