Adani Enterprise

Adani Enterprises operates as a holding company, mainly involved in the standalone mining and trading of coal and iron ore, while also serving as an incubator for new business ventures within the Adani Group.The company boasts three primary subsidiaries, which include Adani Wilmar for food processing, Adani Airport Holdings for airport operations, and Adani Road Transport for road development.

Adani Ports & SEZ

Adani Ports & SEZ, is the leading private port company and special economic zone in India, operating ten ports and terminals that include its largest one at Mundra Port. Karan Adani, the CEO of APSEZ, oversees the company’s operations, which include port management, logistics, and the special economic zone. APSEZ’s portfolio comprises ports at Mundra, Dahej, and Hazira in Gujarat; Dhamra in Odisha; Kattupalli in Tamil Nadu; and Vizhinjam in Kerala.

Adani Power

Adani Power is primarily involved in the development and maintenance of power projects, and is currently the largest private sector power generation company in India.Its portfolio comprises four thermal power projects spread across the country, with a combined installed capacity of 12,450 MW.

Adani Transmission

Adani Transmission, which was integrated in 2013, is responsible for commissioning, operating, and maintaining electric power transmission systems. As of May 2021, the company operates and maintains India’s largest private sector power transmission and distribution network, which includes 17,200 circuit kilometers of transmission lines ranging from 400 to 765 kilovolts.

Adani Total Gas

Adani Total Gas is a company that provides city gas distribution services to both industrial and residential customers in India through piped natural gas connections and compressed natural gas stations. It is a joint venture between the Adani Group and the French oil and gas company, TotalEnergies. As of November 2020, Adani Total Gas operates in 22 geographical areas (GAs) as a standalone entity.

Adani Wilmar

Adani Wilmar, a joint venture between Adani Enterprises and Wilmar International, is the company that owns the popular Fortune brand of edible oils. In May 2022, Adani Wilmar Limited (AWL) expanded its portfolio by acquiring the ‘Kohinoor’ brand from McCormick Switzerland GMBH.
